5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
To clean the speaker, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks on the rubber coating, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
5.2 Storage
Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to help maintain battery health.
6. Troubleshooting
- Speaker does not power on or charge:
Ensure the mini-USB cable is securely connected to both the speaker and the power source. Verify the USB AC adapter is functioning correctly and the wall outlet has power. If the issue persists, the charging port may be damaged. - Cannot pair via Bluetooth:
Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (often indicated by a flashing LED). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within the 25-foot range. Try turning both the speaker and your device off and on again. Remove the speaker from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair. - No sound or low volume:
Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct input source (Bluetooth or Aux-in) is selected. If using Aux-in, verify the cable is fully inserted and not damaged. - Touch-sensitive buttons are unresponsive:
Ensure the speaker is powered on. Try restarting the speaker. If specific buttons consistently fail, there may be a hardware issue. - Audio quality is poor or distorted:
Move the speaker closer to your Bluetooth device to improve signal strength. Ensure there are no obstructions or sources of interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other Bluetooth devices). Check the audio source for quality issues.
