2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or future transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all removable parts (juice collection bowl, sieve, pressing cones, dust cover) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Wipe the motor base unit with a damp cloth.
- Assemble:
- Place the juice collection bowl onto the motor base unit.
- Place the stainless steel sieve into the juice collection bowl, ensuring it sits securely.
- Select the appropriate pressing cone: Use the smaller cone for limes and lemons, and the larger cone for oranges and grapefruits. The larger cone fits directly over the smaller cone.

5. Operating Instructions
- Prepare Fruit: Cut citrus fruits in half.
- Position Glass: Place a glass or container under the juice spout. Ensure the spout is in the down position to allow juice to flow directly into the glass.
- Juice Extraction: Place a fruit half onto the pressing cone. Apply gentle downward pressure. The motor will activate automatically and the cone will rotate, extracting juice.
- Release Pressure: Once juicing is complete, release the pressure. The motor will stop.
- Repeat: Continue with remaining fruit halves.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your citrus press.
- Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Disassemble: Remove the dust cover, pressing cone(s), stainless steel sieve, and juice collection bowl from the motor base.
- Wash Removable Parts: The juice collection bowl, sieve, pressing cones, and dust cover are dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembly or storage.
- Clean Motor Base: Wipe the motor base unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Storage: Once all parts are clean and dry, reassemble the unit or store the components in a clean, dry place. The transparent dust cover can be placed over the assembled cones to protect them from dust.
