Setup

1. Unpacking

2. Connecting Audio Sources and Outputs

The rear panel of the Pre Box RS offers a variety of input and output options for connecting your audio components. Refer to the image below for a visual guide to the connections.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

Locate the power button on the front panel of the Pre Box RS. Press it once to power on the unit. Press it again to power off. Allow a few seconds for the unit to stabilize after powering on.

2. Input Selection

Use the input selector on the front panel to choose your desired audio source. Cycle through the available inputs (In 1, In 2, In 3, In 4, In 5, In 6) until the active source is selected.

3. Volume Control

Adjust the volume using the dedicated volume knob on the front panel. Start with a low volume setting and gradually increase it to a comfortable listening level.

4. Tube Output Stage

The Pre Box RS features a tube output stage. This can typically be engaged or disengaged via a switch on the front panel. Experiment with both modes to find your preferred sound signature, as the tube stage introduces a characteristic warmth and realism to the audio.

Maintenance
