1. Position the car seat on the vehicle seat.
2. Locate the rear-facing belt path on the car seat.
3. Install using either the vehicle's LATCH system or the vehicle's seat belt. Refer to your vehicle owner's manual for LATCH anchor locations.
4. Ensure the car seat is level. The car seat features level lines on the side to guide proper recline. If necessary, use a rolled towel or pool noodle under the base to achieve the correct angle, as suggested in the instruction manual.
5. Tighten the LATCH strap or seat belt until the car seat does not move more than one inch side-to-side or front-to-back at the belt path.

Forward-Facing Mode (22-65 lbs, 29-49 inches)

For children weighing 22-65 lbs (10.1-29 kg) and measuring 29-49 inches (73.6-125 cm). Children must be at least 1 year of age to ride forward-facing.

1. Position the car seat on the vehicle seat in the forward-facing orientation.
2. Locate the forward-facing belt path.
3. Install using either the vehicle's LATCH system or the vehicle's seat belt.
4. Attach the top tether strap to the vehicle's tether anchor point and tighten.
5. Tighten the LATCH strap or seat belt until the car seat does not move more than one inch side-to-side or front-to-back at the belt path.

Operating Instructions

Securing Your Child

1. Place your child in the car seat.
