Setup

1. Unpack the waffle maker and remove all packaging materials.
2. Wipe the cooking plates with a damp cloth or sponge to remove any dust or residue. Dry thoroughly.
3. For best results, lightly coat the non-stick cooking plates with cooking oil or non-stick spray before first use.
4. Place the waffle maker on a clean, flat, heat-resistant surface near an electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Preheating: Close the waffle maker and plug the power cord into a 120V AC electrical outlet. The red Power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the unit is heating. The green Ready to Cook light will turn on when the waffle maker has reached the desired cooking temperature.
2. Adjusting Temperature: Use the temperature control dial to select your preferred browning level, from 'Min' for lighter waffles to 'Max' for crispier waffles.
3. Cooking Waffles:
   • Once the green Ready light illuminates, open the waffle maker.
   • Pour approximately 3/4 cup of waffle batter onto the center of the lower cooking plate. Do not overfill.
   • Carefully close the lid. The green Ready light may turn off temporarily as the unit maintains temperature.
   • Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until steam stops escaping and the waffles are golden brown and crispy to your liking. The green Ready light will cycle on and off during cooking.
   • Open the lid and carefully remove the cooked waffle using a heat-resistant plastic or wooden utensil. Do not use metal utensils, as they can damage the non-stick coating.
4. Subsequent Waffles: Close the lid and allow the waffle maker to reheat until the green Ready light illuminates again before cooking the next waffle.
5. After Use: Unplug the waffle maker from the outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
