4. Setup and Installation

Before installation, identify your wall type and ensure you have the necessary tools (e.g., drill, level, stud finder, screwdriver, measuring tape). It is highly recommended to have at least two people for installation, especially when lifting the TV.

4.1 Attaching TV Brackets to Your TV

1. Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent screen damage.
2. Locate the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
3. Select the appropriate screws (M4, M6, or M8) and spacers from the hardware kit that fit your TV's mounting holes. Ensure the screws are long enough to secure the brackets without damaging internal components.
4. Attach the two TV bracket arms to the back of your TV using the selected screws and washers. Ensure the hooks on the brackets are facing downwards and are aligned. Do not overtighten.

4.2 Mounting the Wall Plate to the Wall

1. Determine the desired height for your TV. Mark the center of where the TV will be mounted.
2. Hold the wall plate against the wall at the desired height and use a level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drilling locations through the holes on the wall plate.
3. Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. The drill bit size will depend on your wall type and the anchors/screws used.
   • For wood studs: Drill pilot holes and use wood screws.
   • For concrete/brick: Drill holes, insert concrete anchors, then use concrete screws.
4. Secure the wall plate to the wall using the appropriate screws and washers. Ensure it is firmly attached and level.

4.3 Hanging the TV on the Wall Plate

1. With assistance, carefully lift the TV with the attached brackets.
2. Align the hooks on the TV brackets with the top edge of the wall plate.
3. Gently lower the TV, ensuring the hooks engage securely with the wall plate.
4. Once the TV is hanging, locate the safety screws or locking mechanisms on the bottom of the TV brackets. Tighten these to secure the TV to the wall plate and prevent accidental dislodgement.

5. Operating the Mount (Tilt Function)

This Speaka Professional TV Wall Mount features a tilt function, allowing you to adjust the viewing angle of your television. The maximum tilt angle is 15 degrees.

To adjust the tilt:

1. Gently push the bottom of the TV forward or pull it back to achieve the desired tilt angle.
