Safety Information

Setup Instructions

1. Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging.
  2. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. If damage is found, contact your supplier immediately.
  3. Remove all packing materials, including any protective films or tapes.

2. Placement

  • Place the dispenser on a stable, level surface capable of supporting its weight when full (approximately 73 lbs empty, plus beverage weight).
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clear space on all sides, especially the rear and sides where air vents are located.
  • Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or near heat-generating appliances.
  • Dimensions: 17.5" L x 15" W x 27.25" H.

3. Initial Cleaning

Before first use, thoroughly clean all parts that will come into contact with beverages.

  1. Disassemble the bowls, lids, agitators, and pouring valves.
  2. Wash these components with warm, soapy water. Note: The bowls are NOT dishwasher safe.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry completely.
  4. Wipe down the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.

4. Assembly

  1. Reattach the pouring valves to the bowls, ensuring a secure fit to prevent leaks.
  2. Place the agitators inside the bowls.
  3. Carefully position the cleaned bowls onto the main unit's cooling plates.
  4. Place the lids securely on top of the bowls.
  5. Slide the drip trays into their designated slots at the base of the unit.

Operating Instructions

1. Filling the Bowls

  • Ensure the dispenser is unplugged before filling.
  • Lift the lids and pour your desired chilled beverage into each polycarbonate bowl. Do not overfill; leave some space at the top for agitation.
  • Replace the lids securely.

2. Powering On

  • Plug the dispenser into a grounded electrical outlet.
  • Turn on the power switch, usually located on the back or side of the unit. The refrigeration and agitation systems will begin operating.
  • Allow approximately 30-60 minutes for the beverages to reach optimal serving temperature, depending on the initial temperature of the liquid.

3. Dispensing Beverages

  • Place a cup or glass under the desired pouring valve.
  • Push the lever of the pouring valve to dispense the beverage.
  • Release the lever to stop the flow.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and hygienic operation of your dispenser.

Daily Cleaning

  1. Unplug the unit before any cleaning.
  2. Empty any remaining beverage from the bowls.
  3. Remove and empty the drip trays. Wash them with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  4. Disassemble the bowls, lids, agitators, and pouring valves.
  5. Wash all disassembled parts with warm, soapy water. Use a soft brush for hard-to-reach areas. Important: Polycarbonate bowls are NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.
  6. Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water to remove all soap residue.
  7. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling to prevent bacterial growth.
  8. Wipe down the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.

Regular Checks

  • Periodically check the power cord for any signs of damage.
  • Ensure the ventilation grilles on the sides of the unit are free from dust and debris to maintain efficient cooling.
