3. Assembly

3.1 Attaching the Blending Foot

3.2 Attaching the Whisk
- Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box.
- Align the whisk gear box with the motor unit.
- Push the whisk gear box onto the motor unit until it clicks securely into place.

3.3 Attaching the Chopper
- Place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl.
- Add ingredients to the chopper bowl.
- Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Align the motor unit with the chopper lid and push it down until it clicks into place.

4. Operation
The Bosch ErgoMixx Hand Blender offers adjustable speed settings and a turbo function for optimal control.
4.1 Speed Control
The motor unit features a speed selector with 12 settings and a turbo button.
- Adjustable Speed: Rotate the speed selector on top of the motor unit to choose from 12 different speeds. Start with lower speeds for delicate ingredients and increase as needed.
- Turbo Button: For maximum power and quick processing, press and hold the turbo button. Release to stop.

4.2 Using the Blending Foot
Ideal for pureeing soups, sauces, and baby food, or mixing drinks.
- Ensure the blending foot is securely attached to the motor unit.
- Immerse the blending foot into the ingredients in a suitable container (e.g., the measuring cup or a deep pot).
- Press the power button to start blending. Move the blender up and down gently for even results.
- Release the power button to stop.

4.3 Using the Chopper
Perfect for quickly chopping herbs, nuts, onions, or small amounts of meat.
- Assemble the chopper as described in Section 3.3.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Press the power button to start chopping. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or hold for finer results.
- Release the power button to stop.
4.4 Using the Whisk
Use the whisk for whipping cream, beating egg whites, or mixing light batters for pancakes or cakes.
- Assemble the whisk as described in Section 3.2.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Immerse the whisk into the ingredients in a suitable bowl.
- Press the power button to start whisking. Move the whisk in circular motions.
- Release the power button to stop.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your hand blender.
- Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the mains before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or wash it under running water.
- Dishwasher Safe Parts: The blending foot, whisk (without gear box), chopper bowl, chopper blade, and measuring cup are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm soapy water.
- Whisk Gear Box: The whisk gear box should not be immersed in water. Wipe it with a damp cloth.
- Blades: Handle the chopper blades with extreme care due to their sharpness. Use a brush for cleaning if necessary.
- Drying: Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before reassembling or storing.
6. Troubleshooting
