4. Setup

4.1. Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the main unit.
  2. Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.2. Cuff Attachment

  1. Connect the air tube from the arm cuff to the air jack on the side of the main unit. Ensure a secure connection.
  2. The cuff should fit comfortably around your upper arm. Refer to the cuff size guide if available.

5.2. Taking a Measurement

  1. Press the "START/STOP" button to turn on the device. The display will show all symbols briefly, then "00".
  2. The cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still and silent during inflation and measurement.
  3. Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the LCD screen.
  4. Press the "START/STOP" button again to turn off the device, or it will automatically shut off after approximately one minute of inactivity.

5.3. Memory Function

The device stores up to 120 measurements. To view past readings:

  1. With the device off, press the "MEM" button.
  2. The most recent measurement will be displayed first.
  3. Press the "MEM" button repeatedly to scroll through older measurements.
  4. To exit memory mode, press the "START/STOP" button or wait for automatic shut-off.
