Troubleshooting

Camera Does Not Power On

  • Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted.
  • Check if the battery contacts are clean.

Images Are Blurry

  • Verify that the lens is properly attached and clean.
  • Check the focus mode (AFS, AFC, MF) and ensure the camera is focusing on the intended subject.
  • In low light, use a higher ISO or a tripod to prevent camera shake.

Memory Card Error

  • Ensure the memory card is inserted correctly and is not locked (write-protected).
  • Try formatting the card (this will erase all data, so back up first).
  • Test with a different, compatible memory card.

Wi-Fi Connection Issues

  • Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on the camera and the connecting device.
