5. Operating Instructions (Workout Stations)

The Weider Power Tower offers four primary workout stations. Always maintain proper form and control during exercises.

5.1. Pull-Up Station

Use the multi-grip pull-up bar for various upper body exercises. Grasp the bar with an overhand or underhand grip, wider or narrower than shoulder-width apart. Pull your body upwards until your chin clears the bar, then slowly lower yourself back down.

5.2. Vertical Knee-Raise (VKR) Station

Position yourself with your forearms resting on the padded armrests and your back against the backrest. Keep your core engaged and slowly raise your knees towards your chest, then lower them with control. This targets your abdominal muscles.

5.3. Dip Station

Grasp the dip handles with a firm grip. Lift your feet off the ground, supporting your body with your arms. Slowly lower your body by bending your elbows until your shoulders are below your elbows, then push back up to the starting position. This exercise primarily works the triceps and chest.

5.4. Push-Up Station

Utilize the lower handles for elevated push-ups. Place your hands on the handles, extend your legs behind you, and perform push-ups. This variation can increase the range of motion and intensity compared to standard floor push-ups.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Weider Power Tower.
