Setup and Assembly
The Weber Spirit E310 grill requires assembly. Detailed instructions are provided in the included Installation Manual. Before first use, ensure all components are securely fastened and the grill is placed on a stable, level surface.
Connecting the Propane Tank
- Ensure the propane tank valve is in the OFF position.
- Connect the regulator hose to the propane tank valve. Hand-tighten firmly.
- Place the propane tank securely in the designated compartment within the grill cabinet.

Operating Instructions
Lighting the Grill
- Open the grill lid before lighting.
- Ensure all burner control knobs are in the OFF position.
- Slowly open the propane tank valve fully.
- Turn the Burner 1 control knob to the START/HIGH position.
- Push and hold the igniter button until Burner 1 ignites.
- Once Burner 1 is lit, turn the remaining burner knobs to the desired setting.
- If ignition does not occur within 5 seconds, turn all burner knobs to OFF, wait 5 minutes, and repeat the lighting procedure.
Temperature Control
The Weber Spirit E310 features three independent burners, allowing for precise temperature control across the cooking surface. Adjust individual knobs to achieve desired heat levels for direct or indirect grilling. The built-in lid thermometer provides an accurate reading of the internal grill temperature.

Maintenance and Care
Cleaning the Cooking Grates
