Introduction
The Logitech UE Mobile Boombox is a portable Bluetooth speaker designed to play music wirelessly from your smartphone or tablet. It also functions as a speakerphone for hands-free voice and video calls. Its compact design and rechargeable battery make it suitable for various environments.

Setup
1. Charging the Speaker
Before initial use, fully charge your UE Mobile Boombox. The speaker has a built-in rechargeable battery with an average life of 8 hours and a charge time of 8 hours.
- Locate the micro USB port on the rear of the speaker.
- Connect the provided micro USB cable to the speaker and a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
- The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

2. Powering On/Off
- To power on, slide the power switch located on the rear of the speaker to the 'on' position.
- To power off, slide the power switch to the 'off' position.
3. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is powered on.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button (circle icon) on the top of the speaker until the Bluetooth indicator light flashes rapidly. This indicates the speaker is in pairing mode.
- On your smartphone or tablet, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
- Select "UE Mobile Boombox" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator light will glow solid blue, and you will hear an audible confirmation.

Operating Instructions
Playing Music
- After successful Bluetooth pairing, open your preferred music application on your connected device.
- Music will automatically stream through the UE Mobile Boombox.
- Adjust volume using the '+' and '-' buttons on the top of the speaker or directly from your connected device.
- For devices without Bluetooth, connect using the 3.5mm auxiliary input on the rear of the speaker.
Speakerphone Functionality
The built-in microphone allows you to use the UE Mobile Boombox as a speakerphone for hands-free calls.
- When a call comes in, the music will pause.
- Press the Bluetooth button (circle icon) on the top of the speaker to answer the call.
- To end the call, press the Bluetooth button again.
Multi-Person Access
The UE Mobile Boombox supports multi-person access, allowing two Bluetooth devices to connect simultaneously and take turns playing music.
- Pair the first device as described above.
- To connect a second device, ensure the first device is paused or disconnected.
- Put the speaker into pairing mode again (press and hold Bluetooth button).
- Pair the second device. Both devices can now control music playback, taking turns as desired.

Troubleshooting

- Move your device closer to the speaker (within 50 feet).
- Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
- No Sound:
- Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device.

- Poor Sound Quality:
- Move the speaker closer to your device to improve Bluetooth signal strength.
- Ensure there are no obstructions between the speaker and your device.
