6. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter during operation.
No Water Coming from Spray Gun
- Check Water Supply: Ensure the water tap is fully open and the garden hose is not kinked or blocked.
- Purge Air: Disconnect power, squeeze the trigger to release any trapped air, then reconnect power and try again.
- Clean Inlet Filter: A clogged inlet water filter can restrict water flow. Clean the filter as described in the Maintenance section.
- Check Nozzle: The spray nozzle might be blocked. Use the nozzle cleaning tool to clear any debris.
Unit Not Starting
- Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working, grounded outlet.
- Power Switch: Verify the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Circuit Breaker: Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
Low Pressure
- Water Supply: Insufficient water supply can lead to low pressure. Ensure the tap is fully open and the hose is not restricted.
- Inlet Filter: A dirty inlet filter can reduce pressure. Clean it thoroughly.
- Nozzle Condition: A worn or damaged nozzle can affect pressure. Inspect and replace if necessary.
Pump Runs Continuously When Trigger is Not Pressed
- This indicates a leak in the high-pressure system or a faulty Total Stop System (TSS). Check all connections for leaks. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
