Package Contents
Verify that all components listed below are present before beginning assembly. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not proceed with assembly and contact customer support.
- 1 x Steel Frame (pre-assembled folding mechanism)
- 1 x Polyester Canopy Fabric
- 1 x Carry Bag
- 4 x Ground Stakes (approximate quantity, may vary)
Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for proper assembly of your folding gazebo. It is recommended to have at least two adults for assembly.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the carry bag and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
- Expand Frame: With assistance, gently pull the steel frame outwards from opposing corners until it begins to expand. Do not force the frame.
- Attach Canopy: Drape the polyester canopy fabric over the partially expanded frame. Secure the canopy to the frame at all corners and along the edges using the integrated fasteners (e.g., Velcro straps, ties). Ensure the canopy is centered and taut.
- Lock Frame: Push up on the central hub of the frame until it locks into place. Ensure all leg extension mechanisms are securely locked.
- Adjust Height: Extend the legs to the desired height, ensuring all legs are at the same level and locked securely.
- Secure Gazebo: Use the provided ground stakes to anchor each leg of the gazebo firmly to the ground. For additional stability, especially in breezy conditions, consider using sandbags or weights (not included) on the legs.

Operating Instructions
This gazebo is designed for temporary outdoor use, providing shade and light weather protection.
- Opening: Refer to the 'Setup Instructions' for guidance on expanding and securing the gazebo.
- Closing: To collapse the gazebo, first release the leg locks, then the central frame lock. Gently push the frame inwards from opposing corners until it is fully collapsed. Remove the canopy and store all components in the carry bag.
- Weather Conditions: This gazebo is not intended for use in strong winds, heavy rain, or snow. Always collapse and store the gazebo during adverse weather to prevent damage and ensure safety.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your gazebo.
- Cleaning Canopy: Clean the polyester canopy with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric and its UV protection. Rinse thoroughly and allow the canopy to dry completely before folding and storing to prevent mildew.
- Frame Care: Inspect the steel frame periodically for any signs of rust, bends, or damage. Clean any dirt or debris from the frame. If rust appears, treat it with a rust-inhibiting primer and paint.
- Storage: When not in use, especially during off-seasons or prolonged periods, store the gazebo in its carry bag in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
Refer to this section for common issues and their solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Gazebo won't open or close smoothly. | Obstruction in frame mechanism; locking pins engaged. | Check for any debris or bent parts. Ensure all locking pins are disengaged before collapsing. Apply a silicone lubricant to moving parts if necessary. |
| Canopy does not fit or is too loose/tight. | Frame not fully expanded; canopy oriented incorrectly. | Ensure the frame is fully expanded and locked. Verify the canopy is oriented correctly, aligning corners and edges with the frame. |
| Gazebo feels unstable or wobbly. | Legs not locked at equal height; inadequate anchoring. | Ensure all legs are extended and locked at the same height. Verify ground stakes are firmly in place. For windy conditions, use additional weights (e.g., sandbags) on the legs. |
