Setup
Before First Use:
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Clean all detachable parts (whisks, kneading hooks, immersion blender shaft, mixing beaker, lid) according to the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section.
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged before attaching or detaching any accessories.
Attaching Accessories:
- For Whisks/Kneading Hooks: Insert the desired attachments into the openings on the front of the motor unit until they click into place. Ensure they are fully engaged.
- For Immersion Blender: Align the immersion blender attachment with the opening on the bottom of the motor unit and twist clockwise until it locks securely.
Operating Instructions
General Operation:
- Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled with the desired attachments.
- Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet (230V).
- Place the attachments into the ingredients before switching on the appliance.
- Select the desired speed using the speed selector switch (1-5).
- For short bursts of maximum power, use the "Pulse" function.
- After use, switch off the appliance and unplug it from the power outlet.
- Press the automatic accessory ejection button to release the whisks or kneading hooks. For the immersion blender, twist counter-clockwise to unlock and remove.
Using the Immersion Blender:
- Attach the plastic immersion blender to the motor unit.
- Place the immersion blender into the mixing beaker or other suitable container with ingredients.
- Switch on the appliance and select a speed. Move the blender up and down gently for even blending.
- Do not operate the immersion blender in an empty container.

Cleaning and Maintenance
