- Place the freezer bowl in the freezer for at least 8-12 hours, or until it is completely frozen. The colder the bowl, the better the results.
Operating Instructions
Ice Cream / Sorbet Mode
To make ice cream or sorbet:
- Ensure the freezer bowl is thoroughly frozen.
- Place the frozen bowl into the motor unit base.
- Insert the mixing paddle into the center of the freezer bowl, ensuring it sits correctly.
- Place the transparent lid onto the motor unit, aligning it properly.
- Prepare your ice cream or sorbet mixture according to your recipe. Ensure the mixture is chilled before adding it to the machine.
- Turn the control dial to the 'Ice Cream' position (usually indicated by an ice cream cone symbol). The mixing paddle will start to rotate.
- Pour the chilled mixture through the opening in the transparent lid while the machine is running.
- Allow the machine to churn for approximately 20-30 minutes, or until the desired consistency is reached. The mixture will thicken as it churns.
- Once done, turn the control dial to '0' (off) and unplug the appliance.
- Remove the lid and mixing paddle. Use a plastic or wooden spatula to scoop out the ice cream/sorbet. Avoid using metal utensils to prevent scratching the freezer bowl.

Yogurt Mode
To make yogurt:
- Prepare your yogurt mixture according to your recipe. This typically involves heating milk, cooling it, and then adding a yogurt starter culture.
- Pour the prepared yogurt mixture into the yogurt container.
- Place the yogurt container into the motor unit base. The mixing paddle and freezer bowl are not used in this mode.
- Place the transparent lid onto the motor unit, ensuring it covers the yogurt container.
- Turn the control dial to the 'Yogurt' position (usually indicated by a yogurt pot symbol). The appliance will begin the fermentation process.
- Allow the yogurt to incubate for the time specified in your recipe, typically 8-12 hours, depending on desired thickness and tartness.
- Once the incubation is complete, turn the control dial to '0' (off) and unplug the appliance.
- Remove the yogurt container. Cover it with its lid and refrigerate for several hours to chill and further thicken the yogurt before serving.
