5. Operating Instructions

2. Ready to Cook: The indicator light will turn off once the selected temperature is reached. The light will cycle on and off during cooking to maintain the temperature.
3. Cooking: Place food directly onto the nonstick cooking surface. Adjust the temperature as needed for different foods.
4. Grease Management: For foods that produce excess grease (like bacon), ensure the drip tray is in place. The griddle is designed to allow grease to flow into the tray.
