Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; parts not assembled correctly. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Check that the chamber and hopper are correctly locked into place. |
| Excessive pulp in juice. | Coarse strainer used; soft fruits/vegetables. | Use the fine strainer for less pulp. For very soft ingredients, alternate with harder ingredients. |
| Juicer stops during operation or jams. | Overloaded with ingredients; fibrous ingredients not cut small enough. | Turn off and unplug. Disassemble and clear any blockages. Cut fibrous ingredients into smaller pieces (1-inch). |
| Low juice yield. | Ingredients not fresh; pulp outlet clogged. | Use fresh, firm produce. Ensure pulp outlet is clear. |
