Setup

  1. Unpack: Remove the Roomba robot and all accessories from the packaging.

Operating Instructions

Starting a Cleaning Cycle

  1. Manual Start: Press the CLEAN button once to wake up the Roomba. Press CLEAN again to start a cleaning cycle.
  2. Spot Clean: For concentrated cleaning of a small area, place the Roomba over the debris and press the SPOT button. The robot will clean in a spiral pattern approximately 3 feet (1 meter) in diameter.
  3. Pause/Resume: To pause a cleaning cycle, press the CLEAN button. Press CLEAN again to resume.
  4. End Cycle/Dock: To end a cleaning cycle and send the Roomba back to its Home Base, press the DOCK button.

Scheduling Cleaning Times

  1. Set Clock: Press CLOCK, then use HOUR and MINUTE to set the current time. Press CLOCK again to save.
  2. Set Schedule: Press SCHEDULE, then use DAY, HOUR, and MINUTE to set your desired cleaning time for each day. Press SCHEDULE again to save.
