2. Setting Time and Date
- Press the MODE button repeatedly until the time setting mode is displayed (usually indicated by flashing digits).
- Use the LAP/RESET button to cycle through the hours, minutes, seconds, year, month, and day settings.

3. Sensor Calibration (Pacer/Heart Rate)
For accurate heart rate readings using the finger touch sensor, ensure your fingers are clean and dry. Place your index finger firmly on the designated sensor area (usually indicated on the bezel or case back) when prompted by the watch's pacer or heart rate function.

6. Water Resistance (30 meters / 90 feet)
This watch is water resistant up to 30 meters (90 feet). This means it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes or brief immersion in water. It is not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving. Do not operate buttons while the watch is wet or submerged, as this can compromise the water resistance.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning Your Watch
Wipe the watch case and band regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing with clean water and drying thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish.
2. Battery Replacement
When the display becomes dim or the watch stops functioning, the battery may need replacement. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance. Attempting to replace the battery yourself may void the warranty and compromise the watch's integrity.
3. Water Resistance Care
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperature changes (e.g., hot showers followed by cold water).
- Ensure the crown and buttons are fully pushed in before any contact with water.
- If the watch is exposed to saltwater, rinse it with fresh water immediately and dry thoroughly.
