  • Cleaning the Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no water enters the electrical components.
  • Storage: Store the steamer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Panasonic Nano-care Steamer EH-SA600, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No steam is generated. Water tank is empty or not properly installed. Device not powered on. Fill the water tank and ensure it is securely in place. Check if the power cord is plugged in and the device is turned on.
Nanoe function does not seem to work. Incorrect mode selected. Water tank empty (some nanoe functions may require water). Ensure nanoe mode is selected. Verify the water tank has water, even if the nanoe function primarily uses air, some models require water for optimal ion generation. Note that nanoe effects on skin/hair may not be immediately visible and require consistent use.
