4. Setup
Battery Installation:
- Locate the battery compartment at the bottom of the handle.
- Twist and remove the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 2 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery compartment cover and twist to secure.
5. Operating Instructions
Adjusting Depth Settings:
The shaver features 3 depth settings to accommodate different fabric types and pilling levels. Rotate the shaving head cover to select the desired setting:
- Setting 1 (Lowest): For delicate fabrics or light pilling.
- Setting 2 (Medium): For general use on most fabrics.
- Setting 3 (Highest): For heavy fabrics or stubborn pills.

Using the Fabric Shaver:
- Lay the garment or fabric flat on a hard, smooth surface. Ensure the fabric is taut to prevent snagging.
- Select the appropriate depth setting for your fabric.
- Slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position.
- Gently glide the shaving head over the pilled or fuzzed area. Apply light, even pressure.
- Move the shaver in circular motions or short, even strokes. Avoid pressing too hard or holding it in one spot for too long.
- Periodically check the lint catcher and empty it as it fills.
- Once finished, slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position.

6. Maintenance
Cleaning the Lint Catcher:
For optimal performance, empty the lint catcher regularly.
- Ensure the shaver is turned OFF.
- Gently slide down the detachable lint catcher located on the handle.
- Empty the collected lint and fuzz into a waste bin.
- Slide the lint catcher back into place until it clicks securely.
Blade Care:
The blades are sharp. Handle with care.
- To clean around the blades, carefully remove the shaving head cover by twisting it counter-clockwise.
- Use a small brush (not included) to gently remove any trapped lint or debris from the blades and the inner compartment.
- Do not touch the blades directly with your fingers.
- Replace the shaving head cover by twisting it clockwise until secure.
7. Troubleshooting
Device not turning on:
- Check if batteries are inserted correctly with proper polarity.
- Replace old batteries with new AA batteries.
- Ensure the ON/OFF switch is fully in the 'ON' position.
Poor performance/not removing fuzz:
- Empty the lint catcher if it is full.
- Clean the blades and inner compartment of any trapped lint or debris.
- Ensure the fabric is laid flat and taut.
- Adjust the depth setting to a higher level for thicker fabrics or more stubborn pills.
