4. Setup and Installation

Nu-Calgon Gel Tabs are designed for simple application. No complex installation steps are required.

  1. Ensure the area around the condensate drain pan is accessible and clean.
  2. Carefully remove one Nu-Calgon 4185-15 Gel Tab from its packaging.
  3. Place the tab directly into the condensate drain pan. Position it where it will be exposed to condensation.
  4. The tab will activate and turn into a gel upon contact with condensation, locking into place to prevent movement.

Note: For optimal performance, ensure the drain pan is free of large debris before placing the tab.
