Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the drying trays and cover in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the base unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water.
- Assembly: Place the base unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Stack the desired number of drying trays onto the base. Ensure each tray is correctly aligned. Place the clear cover on top of the stacked trays.

Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Prepare Food: Wash, peel, and slice food as recommended for dehydration. Arrange food in a single layer on the drying trays, ensuring air can circulate.
- Load Trays: Place loaded trays onto the dehydrator base, then cover with the clear lid.
- Set Time and Temperature: Plug the dehydrator into a 120V AC electrical outlet. Use the digital controls to set the desired drying time and temperature according to the food type. Refer to the Temperature Guide below.
- Start Dehydration: Press the START/STOP button to begin the dehydration process. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Monitoring: The see-through cover allows you to monitor drying progress without removing the lid. The bottom-mounted fan ensures consistent airflow, so tray rotation is not necessary.
- Completion: The dehydrator will automatically shut off once the set time has elapsed. Unplug the unit and allow food to cool before storing.
Temperature Guide
The following temperatures are recommended for various food types:
- Herbs, Spices, Seeds: 95°F (35°C)
- Vegetables: 125°F (52°C)
- Fruits: 135°F (57°C)
- Jerky, Meats, Fish: 160°F (71°C)

Using Fruit Roll Sheets
Use the included fruit roll sheets for making healthy fruit rolls and strips. Simply pour pureed fruit onto the sheets and place them on a drying tray.

Using Nonstick Mesh Screens

Maintenance and Cleaning

- Trays and Cover: The drying trays and clear cover are fully immersible and dishwasher safe. They can also be washed by hand with warm, soapy water.
- Base Unit: Wipe the base unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
Storage
The dehydrator is designed for compact storage when not in use.
- Nesting Trays: To save space, simply flip every other tray over and nest them inside the previous one. This reduces the unit's height by over 40%.
