  • Speed Control: Use the '+' and '-' buttons next to 'Speed' to adjust the belt speed (from 0.1 to 12.5 MPH).
  • Fan Control: The dual-adjustable personal fans can be set to 'Off', 'Low', or 'High' for enhanced comfort.
  • Workout Programs: Select from various user-specific workout programs including 'Manual', 'Burn Calories', 'Increase Endurance', and 'Advanced Workouts'.
  • Heart Rate Display: A dedicated display shows your heart rate, with Polar® telemetry compatibility.
  • Accessory Holders: Multiple cup and accessory holders are integrated into the console for convenience.
