1. Introduction and Overview

2. Safety Information

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Placement

Connect the power cord to the printer and then to a grounded electrical outlet. For data communication, connect a USB cable to the printer's USB port and your computer, or an Ethernet cable to the printer's Ethernet port and your network.

3.3 Loading Media (Labels and Ribbon)

Open the printer's top cover. Follow the internal diagrams for correct loading of label media and thermal transfer ribbon (if applicable). Ensure the media is properly aligned and secured by the guides.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On and Initializing

Press the power button to turn on the printer. The printer will perform a self-test and initialize. The color touch-screen or universal-icon interface will display the ready status.
