Setup

1. Install Batteries

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Connect the Unifying Receiver

  1. Locate the Logitech Unifying receiver, typically stored inside the battery compartment or included separately in the packaging.
  2. Plug the Unifying receiver into an available USB port on your computer (PC or Laptop).
  3. The operating system should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. This may take a few moments.

3. Power On the Keyboard

  • Slide the power switch, located on the top right edge of the keyboard, to the "ON" position.
  • The keyboard is now ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Basic Typing

The K360 keyboard features a standard QWERTY layout (French language layout as per specifications) with a full numeric keypad. Simply begin typing in any text editor or application.

Function Keys (F-Keys)

The top row of keys (F1-F12) includes enhanced function keys that provide quick access to media controls and other common functions. These functions are typically activated by pressing the 'Fn' key (if present) in combination with the desired F-key, or directly if the keyboard is set to media key priority.

  • Media Controls: Play/Pause, Stop, Previous Track, Next Track.
  • Volume Controls: Mute, Volume Down, Volume Up.
  • Application Shortcuts: Home, Email, Search, Calculator, Lock PC.

Customizable Hotkeys

The K360 keyboard supports customizable hotkeys for a streamlined workflow. To customize these keys, download and install the Logitech Options software from the official Logitech website. This software allows you to reassign functions to various keys to suit your preferences.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Keyboard

  • Disconnect the keyboard from your computer by removing the Unifying receiver.
  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to wipe down the surface of the keys and the keyboard body.
  • For stubborn dirt or debris between keys, use compressed air to blow it out.
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or spraying liquids directly onto the keyboard.

Battery Replacement

When the battery indicator light (if present) illuminates or the keyboard's performance degrades, it's time to replace the batteries. Follow the "Install Batteries" steps in the Setup section to replace the two (2) AAA batteries.
