5. Operating Instructions

Follow these guidelines for optimal juicing results.

5.1 Ingredient Preparation

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Remove pits, hard seeds, and thick skins (e.g., citrus peels, pineapple skin).
  • Cut ingredients into pieces that fit easily into the hopper. For fibrous vegetables like celery or leafy greens, cut into 1-inch pieces to prevent clogging.
  • For best results with leafy greens, alternate feeding them with harder fruits or vegetables (e.g., apples, carrots).

5.2 Juicing Process

  1. Ensure the juicer is assembled correctly and plugged in.
  2. Turn the power switch to the "ON" position.
  3. Slowly feed prepared ingredients into the hopper. Do not force ingredients down; allow the auger to pull them in naturally. Use the food pusher only if necessary.
  4. The juice will exit through the juice outlet, and the pulp will be expelled through the pulp outlet into their respective containers.
  5. If the juicer becomes clogged or stops, turn the power switch to "OFF", then to "REVERSE" for a few seconds to clear the blockage. Then switch back to "ON". If the blockage persists, disassemble and clean the parts.
  6. After juicing, turn the power switch to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer.

6.1 Immediate Cleaning (Recommended)

  • After juicing, pour a glass of water into the hopper while the juicer is still running. This helps flush out residual pulp and juice.
  • Turn off and unplug the juicer.
  • Disassemble all removable parts: drum lid, auger, strainer, spinning brush, and juicing bowl.
  • Rinse all parts under running water. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any pulp stuck in the strainer mesh or other crevices, especially the pulp outlet.
  • For thorough cleaning, wash parts with warm, soapy water.
  • Dry all parts completely before reassembling or storing.

6.2 Motor Base Care

  • Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on any part of the juicer.

Product Care Instructions: Hand Wash Only.
