2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Check for any damage.
- Assembly of Chassis: The robust chassis with stable steering castors and rubberized fixed wheels should be pre-assembled. Ensure all wheels are securely attached.
- Attaching the Motor Head: Place the motor head securely onto the container. Ensure the clamps are properly fastened to create a sealed unit.
- Connecting the Suction Hose: Insert the 3-meter suction hose firmly into the inlet port on the container.
- Assembling Suction Tubes and Nozzles: Connect the two 0.5 m stainless steel suction tubes to each other, then attach them to the suction hose. Select the appropriate 450 mm floor nozzle (wet or dry) and attach it to the end of the suction tubes. For specific tasks, use the crevice nozzle or round brush.
- Power Connection: Unwind the 15 m power cable completely before plugging it into a suitable power outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Dry Vacuuming
- Ensure the filter cartridge is correctly installed and clean.
- Attach the dry floor nozzle or other suitable accessory.
- Plug in the power cable.
- Switch on one or both of the individually switchable turbines using the red switches on the motor head. For maximum suction power, activate both.
- Guide the nozzle over the surface to be cleaned.
- After use, switch off the turbines and unplug the vacuum cleaner.
5.2. Wet Vacuuming
- Remove the dry filter cartridge. A foam filter (not included, but recommended for wet use) can be installed if desired.
- Attach the wet floor nozzle.
- Plug in the power cable.
- Switch on one or both turbines.
- Vacuum liquids. The float valve will automatically shut off suction when the container is full.
- After use, switch off the turbines and unplug the vacuum cleaner.
- Empty the container using the dirty water drain hose for ergonomic emptying.
6. Maintenance
6.1. Emptying the Container
- For dry debris, unfasten the clamps, lift off the motor head, and empty the container.
- For liquids, use the integrated dirty water drain hose located at the bottom of the container. Direct the hose into a suitable drain and open the cap.
6.2. Filter Maintenance
- Filter Cartridge (Dry): Regularly remove and clean the filter cartridge by tapping it or using compressed air. Replace if damaged or excessively clogged.
- Foam Filter (Wet, if used): Rinse the foam filter with water and allow it to dry completely before re-installation.
6.3. General Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the vacuum cleaner with a damp cloth.
- Clean the suction hose and accessories as needed to prevent blockages.
- Check the float valve for debris and ensure it moves freely.
