4. Setup Instructions

  1. Charge the Battery: Connect the TR-332 High Capacity Battery to the TR-341N Battery Charger. Ensure the battery is fully charged before initial use. A full charge typically provides 10-12 hours of operation.
  2. Install Filter and Prefilter: Insert the TR-3712N Particulate Filter into the TR-306N PAPR Unit. Place the TR-362 Spark Arrestor/Prefilter over the particulate filter to extend its life and protect against sparks.
  3. Assemble PAPR Unit: Attach the TR-306N PAPR Unit to the TR-326 High Durability Belt. Securely fasten the belt around your waist.
  4. Connect Breathing Tube: Connect one end of the BT-40 Heavy Duty Breathing Tube to the PAPR unit and the other end to the M-307 Respiratory Hard Hat Assembly. Ensure connections are secure using the Quick Release Swivel (QRS) mechanism.
  5. Perform Airflow Check: Before each use, perform an airflow check using the TR-970 Airflow Indicator. Turn on the PAPR unit and verify that the indicator ball floats within the specified range, confirming adequate airflow.
