Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance will extend the lifespan of your speaker:
- Keep the speaker in a dry environment and protect it from moisture, rain, and liquids.
- Clean the exterior of the speaker with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or strong chemicals.
- Do not expose the speaker to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Do not attempt to open or disassemble the speaker. Unauthorized repairs will void the product warranty.
- To maintain battery health, charge the speaker regularly, even if it is not in frequent use.
Troubleshooting
No Power
- Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. Connect the speaker to a power source using the USB cable and allow it to charge.
- Verify that the Power button is pressed and held correctly to turn the device on.
No Sound Output
- Check the volume level on both the speaker and any connected external audio device. Increase the volume if necessary.
- Confirm that the correct input mode (USB, SD, AUX, FM) is selected on the speaker.
- If using an auxiliary cable, ensure it is securely connected to both the speaker and the audio source.
Poor FM Radio Reception
- Reposition the speaker to a location with better signal reception.
- Perform an auto-scan again to refresh the list of available stations and improve signal quality.
USB Drive / SD Card Not Playing
- Ensure the USB drive or SD card is fully and correctly inserted into its slot.
- Verify that the audio files on the storage device are in a supported format (e.g., MP3).
- Try using a different USB drive or SD card to rule out issues with the storage device itself.
