Setup

1. Install Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the clock. Insert 6 "AA" batteries, ensuring correct polarity. The clock can also be powered via a 5V USB-C wall adapter (sold separately).
2. Power On: The clock should power on automatically once batteries are installed or power adapter is connected.
3. Initial Settings: Upon first use or after a factory reset, the clock will prompt you to set the country and city.

Setting Country and City

• Press and hold the SET button to enter the setup menu.
• Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate through countries and cities.
• Press SET to confirm your selection for each step.
• Continue through the settings to configure date, time, and other preferences.

Operating Instructions

Setting Date and Time

1. Press SET to cycle through settings options (Year, Month, Day, Hour, Minute).
2. Use UP or DOWN to adjust the values.
3. Press SET to confirm each adjustment and move to the next setting.

Adjusting Azan Times (Azan Safe)

The Azan times are automatically calculated. However, you can adjust them forward or backward by 0 to 99 minutes for each prayer individually.

1. Navigate to the "Azan Safe" setting in the setup menu.
2. Select the specific prayer (Fajr, Shurooq, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha) you wish to adjust.
3. Use UP or DOWN to set the desired offset in minutes.
4. Press SET to save the adjustment.

Selecting Azan Sound and Volume

• On the rear of the clock, locate the AZAN SOUND button to cycle through the 5 available Azan voices.
• Use the VOLUME slider to adjust the loudness of the Azan.

Daylight Saving Time (DST)

• In the setup menu, find the DST setting.
• Toggle DST ON or OFF as required by your region.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the clock's display and casing. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Battery Replacement: When the low battery indicator appears, replace all 6 "AA" batteries simultaneously to ensure optimal performance.
• Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.

Troubleshooting

• Incorrect Azan Times: Verify that the correct country, city, and Taqweem method are selected in the settings. Check DST settings.
• Display Not Working: Ensure batteries are correctly installed and not depleted. If using a power adapter, check the connection.
• No Azan Sound: Check the volume slider on the back of the clock. Ensure it is not set to OFF or minimum.
• Factory Reset: If experiencing persistent issues, locate the Factory Reset Button on the back of the clock and press it using a thin object (e.g., a paperclip). This will reset all settings to default.
