Setup

- POU Conversion: This unit includes a Point-of-Use (POU) conversion kit to connect to your existing plumbing. Follow the instructions provided with the POU kit for proper installation. Note: An inline filter, built-in filtration system, or full install kit are not included with this SKU.
- Water Connection: Connect the water line from your plumbing to the dispenser's water inlet using the POU conversion kit. Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded 110-120 volt, 50-60 Hz electrical outlet.
- Initial Flush: Before first use, dispense several cups of water from both the hot and cold spigots to flush the system and remove any air.
Operating Instructions
Dispensing Cold Water
- Place your cup or container under the blue (right) spigot.
- Push the blue lever down or lift it up to dispense cold water.
- Release the lever to stop the water flow.
Dispensing Hot Water
- Place your cup or container under the red (left) spigot.
- To dispense hot water, simultaneously press the safety lock button (usually located on top of the red lever) and push the red lever down or lift it up.
- Release both the safety lock and the lever to stop the water flow.
- Caution: Hot water can reach temperatures of 185°F (85°C). Exercise extreme care to avoid burns.
Maintenance
- Drip Tray Cleaning: The one-piece ABS drip tray is easily removed for cleaning. Simply slide it out, empty any collected water, wash with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and snap it back into place.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Internal Cleaning: For internal cleaning and sanitization, refer to the specific instructions provided with your POU conversion kit or consult a professional.
- Filter Replacement: If you have installed an external inline filter (not included), follow the manufacturer's instructions for filter replacement.
Troubleshooting
- No Water Dispensing: Check if the water supply line is properly connected and the water valve is open. Ensure the unit is plugged in and powered on.
- Water Not Hot/Cold Enough: Allow sufficient time for the unit to reach optimal temperatures after initial setup or power cycling. Ensure the hot/cold switches (if present, typically at the back) are turned on.
- Leaking: Check all water line connections for tightness. Ensure the drip tray is correctly seated. If leaking persists, disconnect power and water supply and contact customer support.
- Unusual Noise: Some operational noise from the compressor is normal. If the noise is excessive or unusual, ensure the unit is on a level surface and not touching any walls.
