Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and stickers from the fryer. Retain packaging for storage if desired.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the removable oil pot, frying basket, and lid in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the fryer body with a damp cloth. Ensure the heating element and control panel are never immersed in water.
- Assembly:
- Place the fryer body on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface.
- Insert the clean, dry stainless steel oil pot into the fryer body.
- Attach the heating element assembly to the back of the fryer body, ensuring it clicks securely into place. The fryer has a safety system that prevents operation if the heating element is not correctly installed.
- Place the frying basket inside the oil pot.
- Adding Oil: Fill the oil pot with cooking oil (vegetable oil, sunflower oil, etc.) between the minimum and maximum fill lines indicated inside the pot. Do not overfill or underfill. The capacity is 1.5 liters.

Operating Instructions
1. Pre-heating the Oil
- Ensure the fryer is properly assembled and filled with oil.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (230 Volts).
- Turn the thermostat dial to the desired temperature setting (up to 200°C). Refer to the cooking guide below for common food temperatures. The "HEAT" indicator light will illuminate, indicating the fryer is heating.
- Wait for the oil to reach the set temperature. The "HEAT" indicator light will turn off when the temperature is reached, and cycle on and off during frying to maintain the temperature.
2. Frying Food
- Carefully place the food into the frying basket. Do not overload the basket, as this can lower the oil temperature and result in soggy food.
- Slowly lower the basket into the hot oil. Be cautious of oil splatters.
- Fry for the recommended time or until the food is golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, carefully lift the basket out of the oil.
3. Oil Draining Position
The frying basket features a convenient oil draining position. After lifting the basket from the oil, hook the basket onto the edge of the oil pot to allow excess oil to drain back into the pot. This helps reduce oil consumption and makes food less greasy.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your deep fryer.
- Always unplug the fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Hot oil can cause severe burns.
- Draining Oil: Once cooled, carefully pour the used oil into a suitable container for disposal. Do not pour oil down the drain.
- Removable Parts: The stainless steel oil pot, frying basket, and lid are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Heating Element and Control Panel: Wipe the heating element and control panel with a damp cloth. Never immerse these parts in water or any other liquid. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
- Exterior Body: Wipe the exterior stainless steel body with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
