Setup
Battery Installation
The weather station requires a total of four AAA batteries, two for the main unit and two for the outdoor sensor. Batteries are not included.
- Install Batteries in Outdoor Sensor: Open the battery compartment on the back of the wireless outdoor sensor. Insert two fresh AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
- Install Batteries in Main Display Unit: Open the battery compartment on the back of the main display unit. Insert two fresh AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
- Establish Connection: After installing batteries in both units, the main display unit will automatically search for the outdoor sensor. This process may take a few minutes. Ensure both units are within range of each other during this initial setup.
Placement Guidelines
- Main Display Unit: Place the main unit indoors, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, to ensure accurate indoor temperature and humidity readings. It can be placed on a tabletop using its built-in stand or mounted on a wall.
- Outdoor Sensor: Mount the outdoor sensor in a shaded area, protected from direct rain and sunlight, to ensure accurate outdoor temperature and humidity readings. The sensor should be within 330 feet (100 meters) of the main unit, free from major obstructions like thick walls or large metal objects that could interfere with the wireless signal.

Operating Instructions
Display Overview
The LCD display shows the following information:
- Current Time and Date
- Moon Phase Indicator
- Indoor Temperature (°F/°C) and Humidity (%RH)
- Outdoor Temperature (°F/°C) and Humidity (%RH)
- MIN/MAX Temperature Records
- Low Battery Indicator
Setting Time and Date
Refer to the specific buttons on your unit (usually labeled "SET", "MODE", or similar) to adjust the time and date. Typically, you will press and hold a "SET" button to enter setup mode, then use "UP" or "DOWN" buttons to adjust values, and "SET" again to confirm and move to the next setting.
Viewing MIN/MAX Records
Press the MIN/MAX button (located on the front of the unit) to cycle through the minimum and maximum recorded temperatures for both indoor and outdoor readings. Pressing it again will display the current readings.
Temperature Unit Selection (°F/°C)
A button, often located on the back or side of the unit, allows you to switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C) temperature displays.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the display unit and outdoor sensor with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries in both units when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Always replace both batteries in a unit at the same time. When replacing the outdoor sensor batteries, it is recommended to remove batteries from the main unit first, then replace sensor batteries, and finally reinsert main unit batteries to ensure proper re-synchronization.
- Sensor Placement Check: Periodically check the outdoor sensor's placement to ensure it remains protected from direct weather elements and maintains optimal signal strength.
