1. Product Overview

This document provides instructions for the Bose® Wave® Music System Multi-CD Changer, an accessory designed to expand the capabilities of your compatible Bose® Wave® music system. This changer allows for continuous playback of up to three additional CDs or MP3 CDs, complementing the single CD slot of the main Wave® music system.

The changer integrates seamlessly with your existing system, maintaining a compact footprint. It includes a spare remote control and offers an auxiliary input for connecting other audio sources.

2. Important Compatibility Information

This Multi-CD Changer is designed exclusively for specific Bose® Wave® music system models. Please review the compatibility details carefully before attempting installation.

  • Compatible with: Bose Wave Music System AWRCC1 and Bose Wave Music System AWRCC2 (with slot-loaded CD player).
  • Not compatible with: Wave radio II, older Wave radio/CD players with top-loading CD design, Bose Wave Music System III, Bose Wave Music System IV, "Button Top" Bose players, or Acoustic Wave music systems.

A dedicated setup CD is required to enable your existing Bose Wave Music System to recognize and operate this CD changer. This changer functions as an accessory and cannot operate as a standalone unit.
