The oven features a water injection system for steam. Connect the oven to a potable water supply. Ensure the water pressure is within the recommended range. If the steam function is not desired, a water connection is not mandatory for basic oven operation.

The oven supports programmable settings for frequently used recipes. Consult the detailed programming guide (if provided separately) for instructions on how to set and recall custom programs.
If connected to a water supply, the steam injection feature can be activated via the control panel. This function is useful for baking certain products that benefit from a moist environment.
Carefully place food items on the racks. Ensure even spacing for optimal air circulation and cooking results. Avoid overloading the oven.
Periodically inspect the door seal for wear and tear. Ensure the ventilation openings are clear of obstructions. For gas appliances, annual professional inspection is recommended.
