General Care

Ensure adequate ventilation around the TV. Do not block ventilation openings. Avoid exposing the TV to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or high humidity. Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet before cleaning or if you do not intend to use the TV for an extended period.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your TV, refer to the following common solutions:

  • No Power: Check if the power cord is securely connected to both the TV and the wall outlet. Ensure the outlet is functioning.
  • No Picture/Poor Picture Quality: Verify that all video cables (HDMI, component, etc.) are correctly connected. Check the input source selection on the TV. Adjust picture settings (brightness, contrast, sharpness) if necessary.
  • No Sound/Poor Sound Quality: Ensure the volume is not muted or set too low. Check audio cable connections. If using external audio equipment, verify its settings.
  • Network Connection Issues: For Wi-Fi, ensure your router is on and within range. Re-enter Wi-Fi password if prompted. For wired connections, check the Ethernet cable.
  • Remote Control Not Working: Replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV's IR sensor.
