5. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
- Placement: Place the machine on a stable, flat, and dry surface, away from heat sources and water splashes.
- Rinsing the Water Tank: Remove the water tank, rinse it thoroughly with fresh water, and fill it with fresh drinking water up to the MAX level. Reinsert the tank securely.
- First Use Rinse Cycle:
- Plug the machine into a grounded power outlet. The power button will flash red, then turn green when ready.
- Place an empty cup or container on the drip tray.
- Without a capsule inserted, select the maximum water level on the control panel.
- Press the cold water button (blue) to run a cold water cycle.
- Repeat the process with the hot water button (red) to run a hot water cycle.
- Discard the water. Your machine is now ready for use.
6. Operating Instructions
Making a Beverage:
- Power On: Ensure the machine is plugged in and the power button is green.
- Fill Water Tank: Ensure the water tank is filled with fresh water.
- Insert Capsule: Open the capsule holder, insert a Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule, and close the holder securely.

7. Maintenance
Cleaning:
