Basic Operation:

- Loading Product: Open the dual pane thermal glass windows in the stainless steel door frames. Carefully place baking pans on the chrome-plated racks. The oven accepts 13 in x 18 in half size baking pans front to back. There are 5 racks for 9 positions with a minimum of 1 5/8 in spacing per cooking section.
- Setting Cook Time: Set the desired cooking time using the solid state timer.
- Fan Speed: Select the appropriate fan speed (high or low) based on the product being cooked.
- Monitoring: Monitor cooking progress through the glass doors. Avoid opening the doors frequently to maintain oven temperature.
- Completion: When cooking is complete, the timer will signal. Carefully remove the cooked product.
