Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your BlueAnt S4. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the speakerphone's charging port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., car charger, computer USB port, or a compatible USB wall adapter). The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

2. Mounting in Vehicle

Attach the visor clip to your vehicle's sun visor. The BlueAnt S4 speakerphone unit has strong magnets on its back that will securely attach to the metal plate on the visor clip. This allows for easy removal for charging or storage.

3. Pairing with Your Phone

1. Ensure the BlueAnt S4 is turned off.
2. Press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) on the S4 until the indicator light flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your mobile phone, enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
4. Select "BlueAnt S4" from the list of found devices.
5. If prompted for a passcode, enter "0000" (four zeros).
6. Once paired, the S4 will announce "Phone connected" and the indicator light will flash blue periodically.

Making Calls

• Voice Dialing: Say "BlueAnt Speak To Me" and wait for the prompt. Then, say the name of the contact you wish to call (e.g., "Call John Doe"). Ensure your phone supports voice dialing.
• Redial Last Number: Double-press the MFB.

Receiving Calls

• Answer Call: When a call comes in, say "Answer" or press the MFB once.
• Reject Call: Say "Ignore" or press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds.

Volume Control

Adjust the volume by sliding your finger along the touch-sensitive volume strip on the side of the S4. Slide up to increase volume, slide down to decrease.

Transferring Calls

During a call, press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds to transfer the call between the S4 and your phone.

Maintenance
