Setup Instructions

Operating Instructions

2. Power On: Once the chain is securely clamped and the angle is set, turn the power switch to the 'ON' position. The motor will reach its operating speed of 5000 RPM.
3. Sharpening Process: Gently bring the grinding wheel into contact with the chain cutter. Apply light, consistent pressure. Sharpen each cutter tooth individually, ensuring an even grind. Avoid excessive pressure, which can damage the chain or the grinding wheel.
4. Advance Chain: After sharpening one tooth, release the grinding wheel, loosen the chain clamp slightly, and advance the chain to the next tooth. Re-secure the clamp before sharpening.
5. Alternate Sides: For optimal results, sharpen all teeth facing one direction, then reverse the chain in the vise and sharpen all teeth facing the opposite direction.
6. Power Off: Once all teeth are sharpened, turn the power switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the sharpener from the power outlet.
