Usage Instructions

Add 1/2 to 1 full teaspoon of Fermax Yeast Nutrient per gallon of liquid (wort, juice, or must).

• For Wine: Add Fermax Yeast Nutrient along with Potassium Metabisulfite (Pot Meta) 24 hours prior to pitching your yeast. This allows the sulfite to sanitize and the nutrient to prepare the environment for yeast.
• For Beer: Incorporate Fermax Yeast Nutrient during the last 10 minutes of the boil. This ensures the nutrients are sterilized and integrated into the wort before fermentation.
• For Moonshine/Distillers Mash: Use 1/4 to 1/2 ounce of Fermax Yeast Nutrient per 1 ounce of distillers yeast when preparing mash with corn, sugar wash, or other methods.
