Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Wipe the scale with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water. Keep the weighing platform clean and free of debris.

2. Storage

Store the scale in a clean, dry environment at room temperature. Avoid extreme temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight. If storing for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.

3. Battery Replacement

When the display shows a low battery indicator (e.g., "Lo"), replace both AAA batteries with new ones to ensure continued accurate operation.

Troubleshooting

  • "Lo" or Low Battery Indicator: Replace the batteries with new AAA batteries.
  • "OUE2" or "EEEE": Indicates overload. Remove the item from the platform immediately to prevent damage. The maximum capacity is 200g.
  • Inaccurate Readings:
    • Ensure the scale is on a flat, stable surface.
    • Check for any obstructions under or around the platform.
    • Recalibrate the scale if necessary.
    • Ensure the ambient temperature is stable.
  • Scale Does Not Turn On: Check battery installation and ensure batteries are new and correctly inserted.
