4. Operating Instructions

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, follow these operating guidelines:

  • Pre-Jump Check: Before each use, quickly check the trampoline for any loose parts, tears in the net or mat, or damaged springs.
  • Entering the Trampoline: Always use the ladder to climb onto the trampoline. Open the zipper, step onto the jumping mat, and close the zipper securely behind you.
  • Jumping Technique: Start with small bounces and gradually increase height. Maintain control at all times.
  • Exiting the Trampoline: Stop jumping, walk to the ladder, open the zipper, and carefully climb down. Do not jump off.
  • Supervision: Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will extend the life of your trampoline and ensure continued safety.

  • Cleaning: Clean the jumping mat and safety net with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Frame Inspection: Periodically check the galvanized steel frame for rust or damage. Touch up any scratches with rust-resistant paint.
  • Spring Check: Inspect all springs for stretching, damage, or detachment. Replace any compromised springs immediately.
  • Net and Mat Inspection: Check the safety net and jumping mat for tears, holes, or fraying. Small repairs can be made with appropriate repair kits; severely damaged components should be replaced.
  • Padding: Ensure the protective padding over the springs is intact and securely fastened.
  • Winter Storage: For prolonged periods of non-use, especially during winter, it is recommended to disassemble the trampoline and store it indoors in a dry place. This protects components from extreme weather and extends their lifespan.

6. Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:

  • Squeaking Noise: Apply a silicone-based lubricant to frame joints or spring connections if squeaking occurs.
  • Uneven Bounce: Check all springs to ensure they are correctly attached and not stretched. Ensure the trampoline is on level ground.
  • Net Sagging: Re-tension the rope at the top of the safety net. Check all pole connections for tightness.
  • Difficulty Assembling: Refer to the assembly diagrams carefully. Ensure all parts are oriented correctly. The CROSS-SECTION system is designed for easy interlocking; do not force connections.
