The "Keep Warm" function maintains a safe serving temperature for your food after cooking is complete. This mode is not intended for cooking food. Do not leave food in "Keep Warm" mode for extended periods (e.g., more than 4 hours).

Tips for Best Results

  • For optimal flavor and texture, avoid lifting the lid frequently during cooking. Each time the lid is lifted, heat escapes, and cooking time may need to be extended.
  • Ensure the ceramic vessel is filled between half and two-thirds full for best cooking performance.
  • Always use oven mitts when handling the hot ceramic vessel or lid.
