3. Device Layout and Controls

Front Panel Controls:
- Display Screen: Shows recording status, file information, battery level, and menu options.

4. Setup
4.1. Inserting Batteries
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the device.
- Slide the cover open.
- Insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
4.2. Initial Power On and Settings
Upon first power-on or after battery replacement, you may be prompted to set the date and time. Use the directional pad to navigate and the OK button to confirm.
5. Basic Operation
5.1. Powering On/Off
- To power on: Press and hold the REC button briefly.
- To power off: Press and hold the STOP button until the device shuts down.

- To pause recording: Press the REC button again. Press it once more to resume.
- To stop recording: Press the STOP button. The file will be saved automatically.
5.3. Playback
- Press the LIST button to view your recorded files.
- Use the directional pad (Up/Down) to select the desired file.
- Press the OK button (center of directional pad) to start playback.
- To pause playback: Press the OK button. Press again to resume.
- To stop playback: Press the STOP button.
- Adjust volume during playback using the VOL +/- buttons.
5.4. Erasing Files
- Navigate to the file you wish to erase using the LIST button and directional pad.
- Press the ERASE button.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted on the screen.

6.1. Scene Modes
