Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all removable parts (bowls, lids, blades, discs) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
Assembling the Food Processor:
- Place the motor unit on a stable, flat surface.
- Fit the food processor bowl onto the motor unit, aligning the handle with the locking mechanism. Turn clockwise until it locks securely.
- Carefully place the desired blade (chopping blade or disc holder with disc) onto the central spindle inside the bowl.
- Place the food processor lid onto the bowl, ensuring the feed chute aligns with the handle. Turn clockwise until it locks into place. The appliance will not operate if the lid is not correctly locked.
- Insert the pusher into the feed chute.
Assembling the Blender:
- Ensure the blender blade assembly is securely fitted into the base of the blender jug.
- Place the blender jug onto the motor unit, aligning it with the locking mechanism. Turn clockwise until it locks securely.
- Place the blender lid onto the jug and secure it. Insert the removable cap into the lid opening.
Operating Instructions
Always ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and locked before plugging it into the power outlet.
General Operation:
- Plug the appliance into a 220-240V power outlet.
- Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting (1, 2, or 3).
- For short bursts of power, turn the dial to 'P' (Pulse) and hold. Release to stop.
- To stop the appliance, turn the control dial to '0' (Off).
- Always wait for the blades/discs to stop completely before removing the lid or bowl/jug.
Using the Food Processor:
- Prepare ingredients by cutting them into appropriate sizes to fit the feed chute.
- For chopping, place ingredients directly into the bowl with the chopping blade.
- For slicing or grating, place ingredients into the feed chute and use the pusher to guide them down while the appliance is running. Do not force ingredients.
- Do not overload the bowl. Refer to the maximum fill lines if present.
Using the Blender:
- Add liquids first, then solid ingredients to the blender jug.
- Ensure the lid is securely in place.
- For adding ingredients during blending, remove the small cap from the lid.
- Do not blend hot liquids without proper ventilation, as steam can build up pressure.
Maintenance and Cleaning

- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
