Setup

1. Step 1: Place the Motor Base

   Place the motor base unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for operation and ventilation. The non-slip feet on the base will help keep it secure.

2. Step 2: Assemble the Bowl and Strainer

   Place the surgical stainless steel bowl onto the motor base. Ensure it is seated correctly. Insert the pulp strainer into the bowl.

3. Step 3: Attach the Juicing Cone

   Select the appropriate juicing cone (small, medium, or large) based on the size of the citrus fruit you intend to juice. Place the selected cone firmly onto the central shaft within the pulp strainer.

4. Step 4: Position the Splash Guard

   Place the splash guard over the juicing cone and bowl assembly. This helps prevent juice from splattering during operation.

5. Step 5: Connect to Power

   Plug the power cord into a standard 110/120 Volt AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Step 1: Prepare Citrus Fruit

   Cut citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruits, limes) in half.

2. Step 2: Place a Container

   Position a glass or container under the juice spout to collect the extracted juice.

3. Step 3: Begin Juicing

   Turn on the juicer using the power switch located on the side of the unit. The motor will begin to rotate the cone at 150 rotations per minute.

   Firmly press one half of the citrus fruit onto the rotating juicing cone. Apply gentle, consistent pressure to extract the juice. The pulp and seeds will be separated by the strainer.

4. Step 4: Continue Juicing

   Continue juicing fruit halves until the desired amount of juice is collected or the pulp strainer becomes full.

5. Step 5: Turn Off and Unplug

   Once finished, turn off the juicer and unplug it from the electrical outlet.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your juicer.

1. Step 1: Disassemble

   Unplug the juicer. Remove the splash guard, juicing cone, pulp strainer, and stainless steel bowl from the motor base.

2. Step 2: Clean Removable Parts

   The stainless steel bowl, pulp strainer, juicing cones, and splash guard are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

3. Step 3: Clean Motor Base

   Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.

4. Step 4: Reassemble and Store

   Once all parts are clean and dry, reassemble the juicer or store the components in a clean, dry place.
